When will I start feeling results?

As with most dietary and lifestyle changes, noticeable results may take time. Everyone is different, but it can take about a month to start feeling improvements in energy, digestion, immune system, and even cravings. Be on the lookout!

Can I take this if I’m pregnant?

Although Oh Grape is safe during pregnancy, we always recommend consulting with your OBGYN before taking any new supplements. 

Can children take this?

We do not recommend Oh Grape for children as their little bodies require smaller doses of micronutrients compared to adults.  

Is Oh Grape FDA approved?

The FDA does not regulate dietary supplements, by law. Our product is manufactured in accordance with FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure safety and quality. 

Will this interfere with my medication?

If you are taking prescription medications we strongly advise to get clearance from the prescribing MD before taking any new supplements. Even though it’s unlikely with Oh Grape, there can always be a chance of drug-supplement interactions. 

Is this for men or women?

Oh Grape is suitable for men and women alike. All genders can benefit from the powerful effects of Resveratrol in combination with vitamin C, vitamin D, and magnesium. 

What if I miss a day? 

That’s ok! Remember, consistency is important but not required. Take it the very next day and no need to double up on doses to compensate. Think bigger picture. 

Will this interfere with my other supplements?

We always recommend consulting with a medical professional, like a Primary Care Physician or Registered Dietitian. While rare, toxicity is possible with any supplement and a professional can ensure you’re staying safe. Better safe than sorry!

How do I take this supplement?

The good news is you can take this at any time of day however, we recommend taking 2 capsules per day with water to maximize results. Taking Oh Grape with food may accelerate absorption too but, results will vary from person to person. 



Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

All you need to do to subscribe is follow the check out process. From there, you'll receive an installment each month until you opt out. If you haven't signed up for an account already, be sure to do so at the end of your order! 

Can I order just one bottle without a subscription?

Yes! You will still need to subscribe, but afterwards you can cancel all further subscription installments in the subscription manager. 

When will I receive my monthly installment?

You'll receive your first order in 5-7 business days. Each subsequent installment will process and ship every 30 days. 

What if I need to change info like my address, payment method, or how my monthly installments are staggered?

We want to make your subscription works for you. All you need to do is log in to your Groove account. From there, you can manage and customize any changes you want. If you are having trouble, please drop us a line at hello@takegroove.com

How do I suspend or cancel my subscription? 

Easy. Just log in to your Groove account, go to 'Manage Subscriptions', and hit cancel. For help, send us an email. hello@takegroove.com

My installment was damaged, can you send a new one?

Absolutely. Please send an email with a picture of the damaged product to hello@takegroove.com. We'll ship a fresh bottle out to you as soon as possible. 

This isn't for me. Can I have a refund?

Not satisfied? Send us an email at hello@takegroove.com and we'll make sure you get a full refund on your order. Please note; refunds can take 3-7 business days to process. If you do not see your funds returned by then, please contact us. hello@takegroove.com
